Assessed and fixed my shower curb
Sam is a very experienced, smart problem solver. Very pleased with his work assessing the broken top tile of my shower curb and determining whether any water damage occurred to the subfloor below. A shower curb problem is probably not a common thing, so I was nervous about finding a handyman to fix the problem. Not to worry! Sam removed the crumbling material under the broken tile, determined that the curb had been correctly built with the proper waterproofing membrane and that the subfloor did not need repair. He showed me curb and explained that only the crumbly material and broken tiles need replacing. He proceeded with the new material and a nice single piece of quartz to replace the broken tiles. He did a very good job. Answered all of my concerns and showed me everything he was doing which I appreciated. I recommend him highly!
