On March 15/21, I made arrangements with Torex Moving Company to move from my house in King City to a condo in King City. They showed up at 10 am on March 15/21. They showed up on my driveway with a van and a pick up truck with no name of the company. I asked who they were and they said "I'm your mover". I asked him to give me a copy of the contract and he said they will mail it to me. They never emailed it to me. I had to ask 3-4 times for the contract to be sent. They damaged some of my furniture and refused to pay for the furniture or repair the furniture. They also told me if I do not give $1,250 in cash before they move the furniture, they will leave everything on my driveway. I gave him the $1,250 and gave the remaining balance at 4 pm when they finished the move. I was in contact with a lady named Olesya (claimed to be the manager) who was very rude and not helpful. I was VERY disappointed with the service.
