I have been avoiding Tasco Appliances for quiet sometime but a few months ago, I thought I would give them a shot. I walked in and inside there were so many choices of appliances. I was greeted by a helpful sales member and told him that I am looking to purchase a new stove and fridge in stainless steel. He was patient enough to show me what they offered in terms of features, brands, models as well as my budget. Eventually I agreed on two specific models and decided I would go ahead. Initially there was an issue where delivery might be an issue as it would take 3 to 4 weeks, but the sales member was nice enough to accommodate my needs and ensured it was delivered within a 2 week windo. Definitely exceptional customer service.

As part of our home renovation, we were looking to finally add a dishwasher to our line of kitchen appliances. We had done reviews on many brands from Kitchen Aid, to Kenmore, to Bosch, to Miele, etc. We were driving on Bayview and decided to stop by Appliance Haus. We were greeted by Sergei and immediately felt like we had great customer service. My wife explained to Sergei that we are looking for a dishwasher to add to our kitchen and told him specifically we were inclined on purchasing a Miele dishwasher. Sergei showed us the different models as per our budget and we ended up with the right one that was designed for our needs. To make the experience even better, Sergei told us that if we have any problems at all after installation, we were to notify him immediately so he can rectify the problem. Will be recommending the place to friends and family.

I decided to surprise my wife by getting a new chandelier to replace our current one. I have heard of Structube before through a friend of mine and decided to check out this place. As soon as I entered the store, I had a great positive feeling inside with its modern contemporary feel to it, matched by the products they were selling. I was greeted by a helpful and cheerful staff member and told them that I was looking for a nice modern looking chandelier for our dining room based on my budget. I was directed to three choices, of which I chose one which looked the best. The look and feel of it seemed great as well as the excellent build quality. I was also surprised that this item was on sale which made it even a better deal. I will be keeping this place in mind for future purchases.

My wife and I decided that its time to change our fabric sofa set that we were having for almost 6 years now and thought it was the right time in doing so. We went to the La Z Boy store in June and were browsing around to see what kind of leather sofa set we should pickup, be it a 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater combo or a 3 seater and 3 seater combo. We were walking confused and a sales rep walked up to us and asked how he could help. We explained to him what was going on. Immediately he gave us the best recommendation we have heard in ages. He told us that it makes more sense to pick up two three seater leather sofas as its cheaper than buying a 3 seater and 2 seater combination. It definitely made sense to us and we decided to go ahead. After picking out the right design, we chose the colors and placed the order. It was delivered to us within 3 weeks which is not bad according to our standards and overall we are thoroughly impressed. I am writing this review on my laptop as I am sitting on the new leather sofa we have purchased.
