Referred by electrician working at a house nearby. Omari was prompt in returning phone calls, explained the needed repairs clearly, and his quote for the work was reasonable, about $300 less than the waterproofing company we hired. Showed up at the promised time, stopped work to show me an unexpected issue, and made sure that the 'little things', like the height of the drain cover being flush with the new flooring to be installed. A very careful, clean, job.

We found bedbugs in our tenant's apartment and freaked! After doing the esearch and steaming areas, taping off baseboards, etc. to try and stop the spread, we called in Purity and their sniffer dog to confirm we had eradicated the problem. Wendy thoroughly checked the entire house. When we asked if she could also check our garage, where we have some clothing stored, she obliged. No bedbugs were found then, and they have not reappeared.

Yes, I would recommend this company to my mother. In fact, when my elderly parents' AC conked this past summer, my father insisted that I call Mario at Dupont. He had done service work at their house before (replace furnace humidifier and tune-ups on their ancient furnace), and they were very happy with the personal care received. The AC was installed within 2 days, nice clean job. The service technician took the time to explain how to maximize the component's efficiency and extend its life. Absolutely no complaints.
