I had a leaking dishwasher shut off valve, and the repairman came promptly. He installed a new Mini ball dishwasher shut off valve with approximately 6 cm of new copper pipe. The repair work was good quality. My issue is the high price. I feel that the overall price of $838 including tax was too high as this job took approximately 60 minutes. The price is over 50% higher than another local competitor. I do appreciate them giving me a Refund back of 10% ($83.84). However, I still feel that the price was too high.

Cheri and the crew were very professional, and we highly recommend this company. The new deck they built for us was good quality. They demolished our old deck and worked with us through the permit approval process. Cheri took the time to listen to our concerns and responded promptly to our questions. When there were a couple of minor issues, Cheri corrected them as requested. We thought the price we paid was fair. We will definitely let others know that Cheri is an excellent deck builder, and people should not hesitate to call him for a quote.
