(Under warranty!) RE work order number 444293. I received a call a day in advance of our appointment from a lovely person who told me to expect the technician during a smaller window of time, and that in itself was helpful. The best was learning that the technicians are all double-vaxxed! Then the technician sent a text to let us know 30 min in advance to expect his arrival. He checked our machines and provided us with terrific tips and pointers about how best to maintain our washer and dryer. Very informative and thoughtful and very professional and nicely mannered.
