My Dryer would not shut off. I considered this a serious fire hazard. Called Unimaster and was able to get an appointment right away. Alex arrived on time, and I appreciated the text confirming arrival time. Alex was able to assess the problem very quickly and order the necessary part immediately. Another appointment was made for the next day and the Dryer was fixed promptly. Alex followed Covid protocol with mask and gloves. Very professional. I had Alex fix the washing machine in the past, and I highly recommend his services to others.
