I chose the company based on their reviews on HomeStars. I contacted Air Doctors through their website on July 16 and received an automated reply that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Given the pandemic, I waited eight days before attempting to contact them again. My reply to the automated email and a second message to the email address listed on their website were both returned as undeliverable, so I called and left a voicemail asking for a return call. That was six business days ago and there has still been no contact from them. I've since had a different company do the testing and I will choose a different company for abatement. Based on this complete lack of responsiveness, I cannot recommend this company nor will I ever use them.
