Dont trust positive reviews like I did! The installers ask you to review immediately after install and they are pretty nice so you are inspired to do so. What a nightmare, the sales guy tells you they will take the old tank with them at install, they will pay off your existing contract with current rental company, he takes you account number and says they will deal with everything. Tells you the monthly fee is like $40, and will only increase after a year if you miss a payment or are late. What really happened? The installers did not take the tank, the install leaked both water and gas (they came the next day and repaired it though) after calling them about what to do with the tank they told me I had to arrange with reliance to have it picked up. Thats a $450 charge I say and they insist its all good, they will pay it (it would have been free if their installers took it with them and dropped it off at one of the drop off locations) THEN, the calls from reliance start coming in that I have this amount due, I tell them PSHS will be paying it not to worry. Eventually I call PSHS and ask them whats taking so long and they say they have a 30-90 day policy on paying it off starting from the date they approved the amount to be paid. (And only after requesting from me the final bill and the bill previous to that after I sent it in- the sales person said I wouldnt have to do any of that) now my reliance bill is in collections, its $590 and that high because of the damned pick up fee. And also the monthly payments will be going up to $120 after a year, regardless of your perfect payment history Im so mad at myself for being tricked like this. STAY AWAY.
