Ash from Ajax

I called tons of different local roofers for quotes and references, and David was the only one who got back to me right away with a list of 8 homes that his company had just completed in Ajax for me to see the quality of work and different coloured roofs to make my final decision. Every question I had was answered same-day and any concerns regarding the vents, eaves troughs, flashing, etc, were addressed. Owner informed me the day before that work was to be done the following day and sure enough, the crew was there promptly in the morning. Very impressed with quality of work and clean-up was prompt. Extremely happy my flowers in the flower bed at the front and my deck in the backyard were not damaged!! Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to get their roof done.

We were looking for steam washer and dryer set but were overwhelmed with the different kinds out there. After seeing the Maytag store while driving by, we stopped in to see if anything caught our eyes. The sales guy was SO knowledgeable about the workings and features, we were completely impressed. We decided to buy and since delivery we have been very happy with our purchase!

Was pleased to see non-agressive, sales-driven, not sales hungry people there. Laid-back and non stalker types get good marks in my books when it comes to salespeople. Anyway, bought a sofa set that was almost 50% off for my new house and very happy with the quality and look of it. Free delivery wasn't too much for the manager to throw in to sweeten the deal and close the sale and i sure appreciated that. Will buy from again for sure if the need arises.

Purchased almost $2000 worth of mattress and bedding and was not given bags for my old ones (nor told my old ones needed bags in order for the delivery guys to take it away with them!). Went to this store and was greeted by a fabulous saleslady with blonde short hair who directed me to customer service where I could "get them in an instant, no problem!". Went to the customer service desk where two people were sitting at their desks , one on the phone, one sitting doing nothing. Both looked me in the eyes, NEITHER felt the need to acknowledge me! Finally the one on the phone acknowledged me after my standing there for 2 1/2 minutes, then finished her call and came up to me. When I explained I was there for bags which were not given nor even offered to me at purchase time, she nonchalantly told the other guy to go get them if he has time. He seemed extremely annoyed and inconvenienced but finally went to the back grumbling that they probably don't have them in that size. If this is the kind of customer service i get having just spent $2000, what horrendous service can i expect in the future if i have a problem with my delivery!!' It is disgraceful!

Enjoyed the selection and wide variety here. Owners were very honest and genuinely nice to us. Very rare to find people who don't push you to buy things you're on the fence about. Took me 2 visits to make up my mind but I never felt pressured. Bedding is real nice too!

I walked into the Kennedy location on a whim and thought it looked like a wonderful place to shop. Immediately pounced on by Juanita as I was browsing. I explained I was due in 2 months and wanted a particular Peg stroller and was told it would absolutely arrive in time and I bought and paid for it without a thought. Due date was fast approaching and still no delivery, so called the store and was told it would be in 2 days after my due date. Fine, I could make do for a couple days. That day came and went and still no stroller. Finally called Peg at their customer service number and found out the store already knew what I had ordered would not arrive for an additional 2 months! What a great saleswoman Juanita is. She only cares about making the sale, not about misleading customers! NEVER again will I set foot there. They give Peg and any other brand they carry a bad name!

Very nice people working at this location. They answered all my questions and showed me the terms of the contract so well I knew they were being honest. Appreciated the unit's cleanliness very much and would not hesitate to rent from them again if I need a rental.

Paid good money to try out the service after receiving a call from this company. Agreed to fertilization program and weed control and was told they would guarantee the work in the sense that they would re-spray if I was unsatisfied. Fertilization was done and I honestly have no idea if there was any effect on my lawn, but as far as weed control goes, no effect whatsoever! I called them back 1 month later to complain that my once tiny patch of weeds had spread immensely and looked terrible and was sarcastically told that I could not expect results with just one spray so they would re-spray. They came two weeks later and re-sprayed, again a month after that, no change in weeds except there were even more. Needless to say this has gone on and ON and ON and I'm sick of their excuses and promises. It's just a money-grab and absolutely a worthless service. I could go spray water on someone's lawn monthly and make money by saying it's weed control but I'm not as unethical as this company!
