The person who came to the house was prompt and friendly, but left a bit of a mess. He ripped off the tape around the duct and did not offer to help us re-tape it. It was a cold day and we couldn't figure out why after he left the furnace was not running. We found out, after waiting for hours for them to send another service person, that the furnace was not turned back on. Sloppy job, not impressed.

Had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced in only 2 days -- on the first day they worked through lunch! From the get-go I was very impressed with Rick. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining the process in detail. He provided a quote within two days and followed up to see if I had any questions. Cory and his crew were very professional, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond expectations! They noticed that there was an imperfection on the new window screen and immediately contacted Jeldwen to have someone fix it. Loved that Old West provided an optional "one stop service" by arranging to have someone paint the trims and buy and install a storm door; something that other companies did not offer and something that I did not have time to do/arrange myself. Job well done, thank you so much. Our house is so much warmer now!
