I would like to thank Danny, Chuck and the Roof on Homes team for the excellent work completed. Danny to the time to climb the roof for the initial inspection and then spent an hour to explain the roof replacement process and various recommendations for a long last product. As well Danny had dropped several samples for shingle colour selection. I did have a few special requests to protect my property and Danny assured me it would be looked after and did not disappoint. Chuck and team worked very hard on the extensive roof replacement that started early in the morning and lasted until dusk. Chuck even came by the next evening to complete a final walk through inspection of the completed job - now that's customer service. Thanks Danny & Chuck!

Thanks Rob for the great service. Direct Overhead Doors installed a new door, garage opener, tracks, rails and aluminum capping around the external perimeter. Rob is very attentive with consistent communication through out the process from initial quote to final installation. His recommendation on style, colour and model was greatly appreciated. Rob recommended a super quiet opener which is a dramatic upgrade to what we had previously. Fully recommend Direct Overhead Doors to family and friends.

Thanks David for the great service. I had 4 cameras installed around the perimeter of my home for security purposes. Work was done in 5 hours and efficiently scheduled per my requirements. David took the time to install the viewing app in several devices and showed me how to use the equipment. Overall great experience when you dealing with the owner directly.

Thank you to Dom and Davey for completing our ensuite bathroom Reno. The project was a complete gut and rebuild, Davey was the main tradesman, he was efficient, clean and what I was most impress were the clarifying questions he asked along the project to ensure he was achieving our vision. Excellent work provided by Mr. Roof. Renovated a new bathroom and contractor recommended a roofer complete the exhaust fan venting. Call 3 companies and Mr. Roof called within a day to explain the process and estimate. It was of comfort to understand that they have completed this type service several times. They booked the service within 3 days, the crew called me within 20 minutes of arriving and completed the service very efficiently. They also proved pictures of the work completed. The detailed complimentary roof assessment report is an added value, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you Mike and Pietro!

Thank you Demetris for refinishing our family room. I selected Demetris based on homestar reviews and he delivered an outstanding service. He came to my home to review the project and provided a quote on the spot. What is surprising is that Demetris stands behind his service and only accepts payment when the customer is satisfied upon completion, which is unheard of these days. The day of the service, Demetris sanded the floor and showed us the stain options to our satisfaction, so we would know how the floors would turn out at the end. After sanding and staining, Demetris came back 3 consecutive days to apply 3 coats of polyurethane for lasting quality for years to come. Outstanding!

November 19, replaced all old caulking around every window and door. Gold Seal was very efficient from quote to completion of job, even completed difficult hard to reach spots such as the basement windows, colour match was great. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
