Bruce in Redcliff

We were having a strange noise coming out of furnace (motor? fan?) during the summer when the AC was on. I called Keith out to look at everything and clean the vents/ducts at the same time. Keith arrived on time and got to work. He inspected and cleaned the furnace/fan etc, now sounding just fine. He also looked at a few of the vents/intakes etc -- and was honest enough to say "not much dirt/dust in there, doesn't really make sense for me to clean them unless you really want me to." How often would you get a service guy talk himself out of a job. That is honesty for you right there. Had some great advice for me as well on filters, settings, etc. Knows a ton about HVAC stuff, and as honest as they come. I highly recommend him.
