We met Joe when we ordered windows a year ago, then due to Joes incredible service, quick response, caring attitude and problem solving our windows are incredible. In spring of 2022, we called Joe and consulted with him about installing a new window and we had it installed this week. Our house is now warmer and more beautiful than it was before. We will be calling Joe again for future window and door installations. He is absolutely wonderful.

Joe was absolutely wonderful. His professionalism was above all others. Joe came to our house, was super friendly, made us feel safe and relaxed. He gave us suggestions about what kind of windows would suit us and spent a lot of time on answering every question we had. (He even loved up our dog!). On installation day, Joe made sure everything was set up correctly. The installers were polite and efficient. We had a small issue with a window and a missing screen. We contacted Joe at 9:30pm after the window were finished thinking g Joe would respond in the morning but Joe went above and beyond as our sales rep and had answers for us immediately. Every time we contacted Joe after that, he responded within minutes, and always with answers for us. We will recommend Joe and Canadian Choice Windows to all our friends and coworkers.
