When I booked the service, I provided my Groupon Voucher Code. Bev booked me for a Rotary Brush which wasn't covered by the Groupon. Then she redeemed the Groupon plus invoiced me for the service and then asked Groupon to refund my purchase. Bev made a mistake when booking the cleaning and now she wants me to pay for her mistake - very poor customer service. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
