We recently wrapped up a major main floor renovation which included a tiled floor installed by L.G.R Tiles Ltd. LGR Tiles came highly recommended and proved to be fulfil that recommendation. The owner, Gino, was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to calls and emails. The attention to detail is evident in the finished work. The new tile floor is perfectly square and level. The dry-pack crew arrived on time and completed the required work quickly, leaving the site clean. The tile- setting crew was equally professional, arriving on time each day and working in a way to leave us with access to the various areas of the house. We recently wrapped up a kitchen renovation which included a new quartz countertop manufactured and installed by RAAD Marble and Granite Inc. In finalizing our design, we had selected a Caesarstone product for our countertop. After obtaining several quotes from different manufacturers, we settled on RAAD Marble and Granite. Amir was quick to respond when requesting quotes; his quote was the most reasonable of the 5 others that we had obtained from other manufacturers for the very same Caesarstone slab. Our countertop was professionally manufactured and installed by the team at RAAD Marble and Granite. We did it…we undertook a major renovation project during COVID. Thanks to Joe and the team at Sandgate Construction, the project was completed on time and on budget. You know that they have years of experience behind them; Joe’s vision and expertise presented us with ideas we had not considered. After meeting with Joe and discussing our options, we agreed to undertake the project which included removal and replacement of all ceramic and hardwood flooring, replacement of a wall with LVL beam, popcorn ceiling removal and electrical and plumbing re-work to accommodate a new kitchen. The entire project was completed in less than 3 months from start to finish, minimizing the inconveniences with the entire main floor being under construction. The work site was kept as tidy as possible considering it was a construction site. Thanks to Shawn, Matt, Corey, and the rest of the team for a job well-done. Joe’s daily site visits ensured work was progressing as scheduled and ensured his crews had everything they needed to complete the work. We recently wrapped up a major main floor renovation which included a new kitchen designed, built, and installed by Cortina Kitchens. Design: We were fortunate enough to work with designer Francesco Facciolo. Francesco provided us with a fantastic and functional design for our kitchen; providing us with great ideas and advice, many of which were then incorporated into the final design. It is not everyday that you find someone so dedicated to customer service; Francesco always went above and beyond, making himself available at all hours and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls; even late Sunday evenings. Installation: Our installer, Louis was a true professional; not only is he a master of his craft, but he adhered to all COVID restrictions. Thanks also goes out to Francesco as he personally ensured all components of the kitchen were delivered and installed on time. The finished product and look are better than we expected, we are incredibly pleased with our new kitchen!
