Im the last person to leave a negative review online, usually I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt. But, when a company attempts to invade my privacy by asking me to send screenshots of my interaction with their technician named Zach in order to get out of a 6-months warranty agreement well, need I say more? Big yikes. Big red flag. Wish I could be writing something more positive, but I cant. Please book at your discretion. UPDATE: the company has apologized and wishes to honour the warranty agreement. However, Im not interested in anything they have to offer. Ill be seeking the services of another company. Thank you for reading.
