It's been about a year now since the metal roof was installed on my house. I waited a year to post this so that I could give a proper review. In that time we have had a lot of high winds, snow, rain and it hailed twice with 1 inch plus size hail stones. In that time I have had no roof leaks and the metal roof looks as good as the day it was installed. The synthetic underlay is very tough and I was not able to rip the sample piece with my hands. When the synthetic underlay was installed it buttoned up real tight to the roof. I went with the Edco Enhanced Infinity Shake. To me this is the best of the best. It has small granules fused to the metal that helps keep the snow from sliding off like a landslide. My roof did not have any landslides last winter. Needless to say, I am very happy with the metal roof. Both guys did a great job and their expertise showed through on everything piece they installed. They were pleasant to talk with and worked very hard. Colleen was very patient and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. She was there from the start to the end to see that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Metal Roofing Solutions to everyone who needs a metal roof. The guys were great and everything came out better than what I had imagined. The workmen were very obliging and worked very hard. They kept the work areas clean and cleaned up everything at the end. Free Attic's office kept me in contact all the way through the job process and even followed up after job's completion.
