Ikea staff were friendly when we made our purchase but we had to make multiple trips as many items were not stocked. Overall, for the price, the product was worth it.

Kids Room made the purchasing of our bunk bed easy and stress-free. They were extremely knowledgeable when we were trying to decide which bunk bed to purchase, not to mention reasonably priced. We purchased the delivery option and the staff were courteous and did a quick, and excellent job of setting the bunk bed up. We were very pleased with our purchase overall, and the kids love their new bunk bed.
