I had a personal balcony project I wanted to work on. But because its free standing second story.. I needed a city permit to proceed. They came on site and reviewed the property space. They took the design I came up with and completed the permit application for the city on my behalf. When the city had further questions they responded very quickly in order to keep the process moving. Overall very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.. willing to answer all the first timer questions I had. Thanks to all who helped me on this from Permit Works! I'm very satisfied thanks all who helped on my project.
