I called the company to fix hot water tank. They sent Gentlemen Plumbers to do the job. They charged $49 for dispatch + complexity of the job not based on hourly flat rate. They surprised me with the bill and says the gas valve is the problem. I got another plumber to come and assessed. They fixed the whole thing for way way way much less. I asked Action Auger to come fix the water tank, instead all they wanted to do is not fix but to replace the whole tank which was only 5 years old with no previous problems. You are wasting your time and money if you hire them. Be ware, those that gave this company 10/10 are probably the employees/owner rating themselves.
