In 2020 Larry did a fantastic job of installing a new set of kitchen appliances. In 2021 he brought a team to rebuild the foundation of our summer house. In July this year, we were very happy that he had time to set up a new water heater. His work is always excellent; he makes sure that every detail is taken care of. Before he starts, he explains exactly what hes going to do, how long it will take, and how much his work is going to cost. When he needs to order something like a water heater he gives you the actual bill so you can see how much it really cost. Unlike other contractors, he does not add any mark-up. You sort of hate to give Larry another great review, even though he deserves it, because he will just be even busier but worth the wait. We wish there were more contactors out there like Larry who are trustworthy and do great work every time. We give Larry another 10 out of 10!

About a year ago, I purchased new kitchen appliances, which, of course, did not fit the existing spaces. A friend had used Should'aGotUs to replace some windows and trim, and highly recommended their work. I called Larry, and although it was not a big job, he came personally and on time. He quickly assessed what needed to be done, modified the spaces, replaced the trim, and did everything but the electrical work which he correctly said, had to be done by an electrician. He was meticulous, charged exactly what we had agreed, and left my kitchen spotless. It was a great job. So this spring, when I needed the foundation on a summerhouse repaired, I called Should'aGotUs. I was delighted to learn that Larry could organize everything that needed to be done. Larry arrived on time on an agreed date with his excavation/foundation specialist to see exactly what was needed and provide a quote. Larry and his team came back twice, always on time, to do the excavation, pour the concrete and then make sure the building was secure on its new foundation. Because I was a bit nervous, Larry explained every step of the process and demonstrated the high tech equipment he was going to use -- including a laser transit and laser levels -- to make sure the job was done right. And it was done right. He and his team were friendly, willing to answer questions, hard working and meticulous. The final bill was exactly what was agreed. When they left, they left the job site clean. Speaking from decades of experience with different contractors who sometimes did what they said they were going to do, but other times failed to turn up, did a shoddy job, or charged more than originally estimated, it doesn't get much better than this. I have no hesitation giving Should'aGotUs a 10 out of 10.
