I got my boiler installed by a company after 2 years when Enbridge came they red tagged it because the yellow pipes that goes from the from the boiler was not secure. I called Metropolitan and asked about the charges to fix the problem as I was curious. So the guy asked me to send the pictures of the boiler. I did send the picture. The technician came in 45 minutes and he charged me the same as I was quoted over the phone. He did the job professionally. These guys are very professional. I will recommend everyone who is reading this review .
