Great sales rep, great installation, great product. Had a problem with a window and Ive been waiting 7 months for Nordik to replace, they has cancelled 5 times on me. Ive heard a wide range of excuses from they manufactured the same window that was a mistake, to it was in one location and supposed to be another (X2), from our tech has left the company, lastly they forgot my screens that didnt happen with my installation. I would not recommend Nordik solely based on their extremely poor customer service. They dont seem to care that every time they cancel people have taken time away from work for a no show.
