Sam painted over 4,000 sq of wall, trimming, ceiling space. he did not have a single drop of dirt or paint on the carpet. We provided two color paint to Sam. He likes to start at 8:00 am but does not work on Sundays which worked out well for us as we needed to close early in the evenings. His work is very detail, clean, & does not take smoke breaks. - Do provide some healthy snacks which I think he likes.

Repaired / fixed up main water drain pipe (cast iron) which was leaking between two washrooms, Sam found the area where the leak was, climbing up & resealing the joints with new clumps & rubber seals
