We needed to replace our old wall to wall carpet and floor tiles in our condo unit. And, the job had to be done while the unit was completely furnished. Gary measured, brought tile/hardwood samples and provided a complete quote (including furniture moving around the rooms) that was marginally less than a competitor. Job as completed satisfactorily on time and budget. We probably could have had the work done cheaper by one of the "big box" stores, but we paid for (and received) a quality result from Gary. j
