Will in Welland

I ordered a bin, they asked for payment up front and never delivered the bin. After ghosting me for several days, they finally said they could not service me and would refund me. This was over a week ago and I have asked for my refund on multiple occasions, only to be ghosted by them yet again. If you need a bin, go to anyone else instead. I called a competitor. They delivered promptly and I got a 20 yard bin for the same price H&M quoted me for a 12 yard. Just in case there is any question as to the legitimacy of this review I have attached the entire exchange between myself and them. Still paid double though because these guys never refunded my money!
