Oleg from The Door Master came to look at my problem with the garage door opener. He was very polite. The door wouldn't close. The sensors weren't communicating with the motor. He changed the opener under extreme heat and humidity in the garage but never lost his cool. He completed the job in an amazing short amount of time for one person. He also cleaned up the garage floor before he left. He also oiled the tracks. The work is terrific and Oleg was very affable. I would highly recomend Oleg from the Door Master to anyone.

There was a gas smell in the utility room. I had called another furnace company for which I was told that I either needed a replacement gas valve ($1100)or a new furnace. My Carrier furnace is only 11 years old. My brother told me to get another furnace quote. He and my mom had bought from Metropolitan and have been pleased with the service. Bryan, the sales person, came and first decided to check the furnace. He spent over an hour and a half and discovered that fresh air intake was loose and replaced a missing screw connection. I asked him how much for his time. He said nothing as he was a salesperson. He provided me with 2 furnace quotes but said I didn't need a new furnace. Bryan could have made a sale but he was so honest. He suggested that Metropolitan's service people come to check and restore the gas which had been previously shut off. Steve came and was very thorough and was able to confirm there was no longer a leak. He and his assistant were very friendly and polite and was very careful not to dirty the white carpet. I would definitely do future business with Metropolitan...very honest and friendly people and have been recommending to friends who want to deal with an honest company. Bryan and Steve saved me $3500 from purchasing a new furnace!

Aetna is very honest. I got a free home inspection. Richard was friendly and very helpful in giving advice on how to remove potential breeding aread for termites. He suggested only what needed to be treated at this time as it was early days for my home. A full preventive treatment was suggested for next year with a different chemical. Greatly appreciated the honesty and not wasting my money. The guys who came to do the treatment were very friendly and very helpful and prompt. They removed the carpet and put it back nicely. One of the guys even offered to help move the stuff in the crawlspace next year when they come back. Don't usually see such high quality service anymore. It was nice to do service with Aetna over such a horrible problem.

Came promptly when they said they would. People were friendly. Was obviously knowledgeable and fixed the warped frame and flattened out the panel and the dragging chain. Steve also spray-painted the door where the chain had chafed the panels. Very nice touch..above and beyond what was expected..and greatly appreciated as I would have had to buy a can of paint to spray a small area. Would highly recommend to others.
