This seems to be the first review published here in years - no doubt because Opulence is too much in demand to be concerned with more reviews. (The job price I list is a GUESS; our realtor paid for it. )) Our Realtor, North Group, brought in Opulence to stage our home for sale March 2022. There was work in involved in decluttering and storing some of our furniture but when we saw the finished result, we laughed out loud: "Now we don't want to sell!" Literally picture-perfect. The photos and videos, showings and open house drew 8 offers in 7 days. Our house sold 40% higher than our minimal expectation.

Beginning to end with Sam at Mississauga Hardwood was an A+ experience, night and day opposite to our nightmare experience with JDS at the Brampton branch. Sam was upfront about supply-chain problems during pandemic, our product finally arrived when he had predicted, and he and the terrific installation department. had us booked and installed within a week of the product arriving at their warehouse. I compared the prices with other places and was happy. Jason was the head installer and I have never seen any craftsman work more carefully, neatly and focused. Sam explained all our choices and prices, and we are glad we went with installation and trim (shoe-molding). -- FYI, If we'd had more money, we would have gone with baseboard replacement as well. Sam in Mississauga took every opportunity to inform us accurately and move our project along A.S.A.P. And Babar was also very helpful with suggestions and cautions. Mississauga Branch Hardwood Giant branch store was worth the wait.
