I had been seeing rats near my backyard and called SwiftX. Mike is very knowledgeable and clearly explains how the rodents are motivated at this time of the year as well as what the expected effect of the baits (that he laid out) is. Within a week or so we stopped seeing rats entirely. I highly recommend SwiftX for their thoroughness and effectiveness.

We did a complete renovation of our kitchen in August. Michael and Arik were responsive and accommodating to our design needs. The price was on the fair side and the work was completed on time. Installation was not easy since our home is old and has a few quirks but they managed to set everything up very well. Any small things that were missed were promptly corrected.

Mike is vey professional and honest. He is confident and very knowledgeable in his work. He dealt with a nest of carpenter ants that had taken up lodging under my bedroom window. I would highly recommend.

Thanks for the positive feedback! It was very good of you to get this taken care of before anything can escalate. Carpenter ants can be tricky when nested in the walls and unreachable areas. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved.

Anthony got the job done well, on time and for a fair price. Hooking up to the existing drain was not straight-forward as the existing line was misplaced and had to be moved. Highly recommended.
