Our deck had many pieces of rotting wood that needed replacement. Typical of any job like this, there was more than meets the eye. Lots of things underneath the pieces that you could see that were also degraded given that the deck is over 15 years old. Hadi worked diligently and did a great job. He communicates well, is honest and shows up when he saw he will.

I had my furnace and AC were installed by Spring Home Heating. I also get my routine maintenance done by them. Amir, who did our recent maintenance inspection, is definitely the most competent and attentive service technician I've ever had look at our furnace. He diagnosed an issue, which thankfully is covered by warranty! Highly recommend for sales and service.

Raz came to cap off my gas line. He did the soap test to show me there were no leaks. He also helped me disconnect my gas fireplace from the gas line as it was so tight, I couldn't get it undone with my tools. I thought the price was reasonable for the work done, considering he is a licensed gas fitter. He seemed like a really nice guy, would recommend.

I was really blown away by the professionalism of this company. I needed a roof vent put in for a new bathroom fan. They provided the quote over the phone and we scheduled it. Post installation they provided a written report with photos of the installation, and a full assessment of the condition of our roof, soffit and eavestroughs and other venting. They re-caulked some flashing around the chimney as well (free of charge). I was seriously impressed. Would call them back in a heartbeat to do repairs or similar work.

Sean and Ian removed the old and dead grass and installed the new sod. They did an excellent job-followed up with a to do list to care for the lawn. They are hardworking, honest and professional and offer a competitive price. What else could you ask for?

My neighbour had Nino install his sprinkler system last fall and was very satisfied. I received a quote and was really happy with the price. Amir and his team did a great job at installing our back interlock patio. We installed a natural gas fireplace as well and they did all the trenching etc to make that happen. They are very responsive and customer focussed. Strongly recommend.

We have porcelain tiles that were installed about 6 years ago. They have some texture to them, so unfortunately they accumulate dirt and over time, they have become discoloured which couldn't be cleaned using traditional methods. G&S have a great piece of machinery to clean tiles. It's very high tech (hot water under pressure), and did a fantastic job of bringing the tiles back to their original look with no mess. If you've got dirty tiles, this is the equipment you want used!

We had Natanael and his team finish our basement. Mario, Rafael and Javier were the crew. They were extremely focused on delivering a quality product and kept us informed, asked us questions on decisions and were very courteous and friendly. We are very happy with the finished product. My son's computer was overheating. We brought it in and Joseph diagnosed the problem and installed a new cooling fan. The same problem occurred again, but outside of the warranty period. Joseph took care of it and eventually had to order another fan and install it. Everything is fine now. Joseph stands behind his work and is very customer oriented. If you've got a problem with your computer, based on my experience, this is where you should go!
