OMG OMG I just got Duct Cleaning for the very first time. I found Mint Duct Cleaning by a positive review on the App The Neighbour. It was nothing like what my sister told me it would be. She had hers done before Covid by a random company. Rayan and Feris from Mint Duct Cleaning turned up and went to work and set up right away. I asked lots of questions and they answered them. As well they would constantly show me what was going on. They took photos to show be Before and After as I stood there. At each step I got more and more amazed at the benefits of what their process was doing for me. I never knew how disgusting my vents were past the point of where my Mele vacuum hose reachedd. Mint Duct Cleaning use high powered suction hoses and blowers. As well they sprayed a germ killing cleaner that is used in hospitals. All Natural. When Rayan started to go into the actual furnace near the end he pulled out a giant Dust Bunny. It literally was the size of my Cat. I actually screamed in disbelief. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Just before that he went over to a vent in the basement which I always ignored. And he pulled out small and medium size Dust Balls. I was so happy at all they had done for me when Rayan went ahead and sealed all the leaks in my vent system next to the furnace/air con. That was a bonus because I had tried but was unsuccessful. Definitely they are a higher end Duct Cleaning Service.

I found Yevhen on the Neighbours app. I intentionally set out to find an appliance repair person that many neighbours on the app had recommended. I had recently had a horrible experience with a company in Concord. I wanted someone who was professional and honest with me. And someone who allowed me to ask questions. As well as being Methodical he truly pin pointed the problem. And he taught me how my oven worked internally. He showed me the cost for the replacement part and we both discussed how it might take a year to arrive. At this point I didnt care how much the part was bcz I wanted to use my stove. But I couldn't wait a year. So he continued working and tried to find another solution if there was one. Voila! after undoing the whole backside of my stove he found he could remove the rattling motor blade. He first checked to see if it had a sensor. And it didnt. Removing the part would only work If it didnt have a sensor. Now I can use my stove again without hearing a loud rattling internal vent. Hes definitely intuitive and an excellent appliance repairman. I will use him again.
