I was very impressed with this inspection. The inspector was thorough, checking all aspects of the house. This was especially important as it was for an older home (>150 years). He pointed out all the flaws which might have been overwhelming, and he qualified that by explaining his approach is to be critical. This is what I want as a potential buyer, but it was nice to have that frame provided.
