Tim did a fantastic job repairing two awful carpet seams in my home! The builder's flooring contractor did a poor job to begin with, as my home is only 6 years old and well taken care of, and I had holes and separation starting. Tim is extremely professional, respected my home like it was his own and was a pleasure to talk to! I would definitely recommend him for any carpet repairs and will have him repair any other carpet issues I face in the future. Thanks Tim and keep up the great work!

I had called another irrigation company before I called Naiad, to book my fall sprinkler blowout, to be told by the receptionist that someone would call me back to book in 2 days. A week went by and I heard nothing. I had driven by one of the Naiad trucks and looked them up online when I got home. Their website was very professional, so I decided to give them a call to book. The lady that booked my appointment (I think it was Sharon) was absolutely a pleasure to speak to! She booked my appointment right there, went over the cost, and gave me some info about the blowout. On the day I was supposed to have the blowout, we had a freak snowstorm; I promptly received an email from Naiad letting me know that although they might be late due to weather, they will get the blow out done as soon as they can - I thought this was awesome! They came the next day! I love seeing businesses put pride in what they do; I would refer Naiad to anyone and I will never use another irrigation company ever again :) Thanks for the great service and great job!
