We were moving from Mississauga to Orangeville and had a 2000 sq/ft 3-bed/4-bath house to move. I contacted John a couple months before our move as I was looking for a moving service, he was prompt, answered my questions, and it was super easy to book all digitally. Leading up to moving day, I contacted John a few times with some questions and he always answered within the same business day (my communication was always digital). Moving day came, and the guys showed up within the expected time range and they hit the ground running. I preemptively moved the majority of our belongings into the garage and only left the big stuff I couldn't carry myself in the house. The guys wrapped stuff up and filled up the truck, about 3/4 of the way, I was advised that the truck would not suffice for all our stuff. Thankfully, I did have a back up plan for this, but the team lead was quick to offer up some solutions in case I didn't. This was an important moment because I can only imagine the stress that this would've caused someone else who hadn't anticipated this situation. My second truck showed up, and the team helped me load up that truck as well and off we went. The offload was straight forward and fairly quick. A note to anyone who's wondering how much a 26 ft truck can fit - for us it wasn't enough for our 3-bedroom house. We ended up filling up an additional delivery Sprinter ext full as well. We don't have much furniture either, but I'm guess we have more stuff than average folks. Happy to reco J and J - great service, and very fair pricing structure
