Frank was great. He insepcted the entirelty of the house and answered pointed questions. He put us at ease over a few structural concerns we had but was also quick to point out aspects of the house that would need immedaite attention. His report was submitted same day, was detailed and easy to read and comprehend. The photos taken during the inspection were included in his report which have proven useful for initiating discussions with our general contractor. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent experience start to finish. Nick and his team were communicative, curteous, informative, available on short notice, competitievly priced, arrived on time, and, most importantly: went well above our expectations in the finished result. We wanted a quick overall clean of an aparentment we'd lived in for three years (with dog). The result was a spotless dwelling to pto bottom in under 5 hours. The walls, floors, kitchen applicanes & cabinets, all bathroom fixtures, celiing fans were closely detailed. The recycling bins were wiped out, and even the dryer lint trap had been cleaned! Small details like that go a long way. And the stairs/foyer hadn't been included in the quote, but were done anyway. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone wihtout hesitation.
