last week we called aireone and booked an appointment for our furnace checkup or cleaning. we spoke with Jason (service manager) who was very polite and friendly. the service technician (Baltej) gave us a call 30 min before arriving to confirm and arrived on time. the furnace cleaning was done thoroughly and neatly. Baltej was fine with us asking a lot of question while he was working. he explained the process clearly and looked like he took pride in his work. he also mentioned other services that aireone provided (like duct cleaning, humidifier and a/c tuneup). i appreciate the excellent customer care that i received from both Jason and Baltej and i will contact them for the other services as soon as i have a need for them. i will also recommend this company to all of my family and friends.
