Ian Alexander was absolutely fantastic from the moment I first called, to the moment he dropped by after the work was done to ensure I was pleased with the outcome. His attention to detail, and desire to ensure I got exactly what I expected (even dropping by the house one day to ensure the stain would be a perfect match), left me extremely satisfied with the end result.
