I have been using furnace and AC direct since 2009. All the staff in furnace and AC direct is responsive. I had a great experience with them in these years from salesperson to technician everyone is extremely knowledgeable and well mannered. Their technicians always show up on time for the yearly maintenance. Steven in the office is always ready to answer your questions about billing. I will continue using these professionals and will recommend them to everyone.
