This company employs unprofessional and dishonest salesman that make promises, hold your deposit for 10 months and do not deliver the proper product. I had ordered an entry door from a highly incompetent salesman that works for this company. After 3 revisions due to lack of knowledge, dishonest business practices, and just plain ruthlessness, the salesman held my deposit for more than 10 months. Finally, after filing a claim with small claims court, the salesman emails me a photo of the "completed door" i discovered that it has the wrong glass. After once again refusal of refunding my deposit we are now meeting in court. Terrible and dishonest salesman working at this company also works hard in removing negative reviews from online publications. Ive had at least 4 reviews about this company being removed by them, almost as if they have something to hide. Lots and lots of windows and doors companies in the GTA that do great work without this huge headache. RUN AWAY.

Extremely frustrating company to work with. Salesman is dishonest with delivery times. Phone calls and emails to this company never get picked up or replied to. Not a single person answers the phone at any of their extensions. Emails do not get answered. Salesman is dishonest with timelines and makes promises that cannot be met. Salesman makes up stories of items being delivered damages and returned for a replacement in the hopes that they buyer does not cancel order and to buy more time. After some heavy grinding for a refund of deposit, company finally sends cheque by mail for full amount. Salesman needs to brush up on their customer service and not speak to customers like a juvenile with every second word being "man". Not a very honest company. there are hundreds of fireplace companies in the GTA that answer the phone and reply to emails with professionalism.
