A trusted friend recommended Renovations by Aaron Sherwood to us for our kitchen reno. It was a long time coming, and all I can say is that I now have an amazing kitchen which I am proud of and love using every single day. A big thank you goes out to Carlos (project manager) from Renovations by Aaron Sherwood, who was always very responsive, upfront and professional. From the very start Renovations by Aaron Sherwood were clear and thorough in mapping out the process from what needed to be accomplished on their end, as well as ours to ensure items and materials were selected and arriving on time, this kept us from delays and on schedule. Naturally as a homeowner I had dozens of questions all throughout the process, but we were kept at ease because they were prompt in tending to our questions either by phone or e-mail. Aside from knowing what they’re doing, they are also very personable which we really appreciated. They have a true commitment to customer satisfaction which also reflects in the work done by the various subcontractors who took pride and ownership of their work. No project is without its challenges or unforeseen circumstances, and a major concern of ours was ensuring we kept on budget. I believe that it’s because of their upfront approach that solutions were put forth creatively and effectively. What was especially refreshing was that they were able to offer solutions in a very budget conscious manner so we always felt they had our best interest in mind. I also now have no problem recommending Renovations by Aaron Sherwood because these folks showed they have what it takes to manage a remodel start to finish.
