Every aspect of the experience from the initial phone call to the quote meeting with Asif to the contracting process to the actual replacement of our old furnace and central AC and installation of our new Carrier equipment, cleanup and follow up was excellent and met all our expectations. No hard sell, no upselling, careful listening to and assessment of our needs, patient answering of all our questions — all this thoroughout each stage of the process. Perhaps most important, the installation team was professional, highly skilled and worked happily and carefully together as a team. Really good energy amongst each other.
