Quick, efficient and informative service. A good job overall and the tech Kyle was very nice. One thing that didn’t impress me was a “misc materials” charge on my bill. Is this for gloves, masks, coffee or what?? I don’t like surprises. I was also surprised to see an hourly rate and a charge for the “truck”, having said that I guess the overall bill was probably close to the norm. Yes, I could have raised this with the tech, but I was shown the bill on a tablet, found it hard to read the details except the total, and got a PDF of the bill two days later.

Thank you for the review for the air conditioning service that we completed at your home. We have a $15 misc charge on our invoices that covers all cleaners and small parts (screws etc) that we use on the jobsite. Your air conditioner needed a thorough cleaning when we were onsite. We are very glad that your home is now cool for the summer!
