Explained to the company I needed grass cut due to a surgery. Paid in advance. They never cut the backyard, they never explained why not and it took 5 phone calls to straighten out & it felt like they were doing me a favour. Fired them after week 2 & still no sign of any refund 1 month later. Exploiting a senior recovering from aneurysm surgery is no way to run a company.
