After limited success finding what I wanted in a new garage door, I heard about Detail 4 Life, who managed quite simply to find and install the very product I had in mind. With that accomplished I asked if they could take a look at a bathroom I wanted to renovate. They understood the vision of a finished product I was conveying and had some wonderful and effective ideas to include. With the positive experience I had with my garage door, I did not hesitate to have them take on the transformation of my bathroom. Katie and Jeevan are two very pleasant and personable professionals, who made the process very fluid and we had regular communication throughout. The project started and ended on time and all involved were very polite, expert and organized. The Project Particulars were very specifically detailed, the invoicing schedule was clearly laid out and there was attention to detail from start to finish. This crew obviously takes pride in their workmanship and it shows in the finished product. This was a complete transformation from ugly to stunning and is admired by all who come to my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a renovation done!

The thought of a kitchen renovation was overwhelming to me and when it was time to really get underway, the name Rockwood Kitchens kept being recommended by family and friends. After my experience with them, I am continuing that recommendation to others. This is a family run business whose members take the utmost care with your project, responding to any issues quickly via text, email or phone. The quality of the kitchen cabinets and countertops might suggest a very high price but Rockwood are well known for having superior products at the most reasonable prices. Tommy was extremely helpful with his final design layout done right in my home and Dan was meticulous in his very expert installing. Throughout my renovation, Tommy and his extended family were most attentive to all matters and never stopped until each and every detail was taken care of. Most unusual in this business. I have a beautiful kitchen as a result and will happily return to Rockwood when I undertake a bathroom renovation.

It’s been 24 hours since the last of the crew packed up and I’m supposed to begin getting over the renovation fatigue, but I actually miss the wonderful crew headed by Elia! I marvelled at how well Elia and his team worked together. I was told that with this company the workmen show up on the first day at 8 a.m. and it is true. At all times Elia, Christian, Chris, Rick, Ozzie, Stanley, were accommodating, responsive, pleasant, and helpful. Turning a tired old basement into a “condo” for my elderly mother (that included a custom kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom) in less than 8 weeks was just short of miraculous and it all came in as quoted, no surprises. My neighbours are busy admiring the glamorous finished product and I suspect there will be some new interested future customers here. I kept in regular contact with Elia and any requests I made were promptly forwarded to the appropriate tradesperson. Elia was very gifted in calming the occasional worries and gently managed them all to a proper solution. The team was very willing to go the extra mile and assisted me with the little extras that they knew would be hard for me to manage – no additional charge. Where I felt out of my depth in deciding what to choose or do, they came up with plenty of wonderful, useful ideas that I greatly appreciated. My basement is now the nicest area of the house, but I hope in time that I can call The Team back and have them transform my kitchen too!
