My microwave stopped functioning and as it is one of the most used appliances in my kitchen, I was anxious to figure out what was wrong. Sergei responded quickly to my request and was at my place within an hour of speaking with him. He was very professional and polite. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my microwave and fixed it on the spot!! I was so happy with his work. I will call him again if I have problems with any of my appliances.
