We had a problem with the level of heat in our third floor bedroom. After researching different options available, we landed on putting in a ductless mini-split AC unit. After reaching out to five different companies, we were immediately impressed with the level of attention and detail provided to us by Dan from Air Leaders. Dan came out the next day for a site visit. Knowing a third unit installation and our particular set up would not be a "traditional" one, Dan walked us through every step of the installation and work required to ensure a proper and safe installation. The price quoted was extremely fair, especially given the high-level of service and quality of product supplied and installed. Installation was scheduled quite quickly and the two workers handling our installation were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As an added bonus, after the installation, Dan took the extra step to register my unit on my behalf. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any heating or cooling service. I came across Tetris Moving when searching for a moving company to use for our move from a Downtown Condo to a home in Leslieville. I was instantly impressed with their level of knowledge, professionalism and respect. After our initial meeting with Ilia & Dmitry, I knew my search was over. This was the team I wanted. Outside of the fact that they have perfect reviews, I just got the sense that this team WORKED. I was not disappointed. It was a long move and a long day, but this group did not stop, and continued to hustle. Throughout the day, they remained professional and polite and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had more than our fair share of items to move, including some valuables, but watching how each item was carefully wrapped and meticulously packed into the truck was beyond impressive. I seriously don't know how they did it. In addition, they disassembled both our bed and crib (not easy) and put it back together once moved into their new location. This was a headache saved. With a name like Tetris (great name), they have made Nintendo proud. Great job guys! I would not hesitate for a split second in hiring this team again.

Pauline and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting we felt at complete ease, knowing we were in the very best of hands. They walked us through their vision and worked their magic from there. They provide a high level of service and were in constant communication with us before and after the staging. The only problem is, the place looks so amazing that we no longer want to leave! We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future and would highly recommend!

Where to begin; simply put David is an absolute professional. It was a privilege and a pleasure to have David come to our home to mount our TV as well as set up our home theatre system. For those who would like to read a quick review, I will simply say that you will find no one better on Homestars to assist with your audio and video installations. David takes the time to listen and understand what exactly it is you want and need, and then his skills take over from there, completing the job to perfection. You would be doing yourself a great favour by hiring him, and I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend to family and friends. For a more detailed review, please read on. I contacted David on a Wednesday hoping he could come asap to set everything up, as we were planning on having our housewarming party that weekend. Even with the short notice provided, David was able to squeeze us into his schedule at the last minute, making it to our place Thursday evening. Knowing this would not be a quick job, he showed up on time around 7:00 pm ready to work. We did not make this job easy, as the very first thing I needed help with was to hang a very heavy mirror back up onto the wall; this had nothing to do with the job itself, but I needed some assistance to get the mirror back up and he was more than happy to lend a hand. For the job itself, given that I live in a condo, and the wall is solid concrete, getting the mount up takes some effort. Additionally, it turns out that we are not allowed to drill past 5:00pm in our building, and given that we started the drilling at 8:00pm or so, it wasn't long before I received a noise complaint. With the request form the concierge to continue another day, I was able to get us another ten minutes to get the job done. I could see the urgency in David to get the drilling done as quick as possible and we were able to get the drilling done within the next ten minutes. During that ten minutes, David could have easily been done sooner by taking a shortcut and using smaller screws, however, he knew it would be best to use the larger heavier duty screw, and got the drilling done and got it done right. I know he got it done right because when the mount was hung up, he could literally hang off of it which makes me know for certain, that TV is not going anywhere. After the TV was mounted on the wall, we moved on to setting up the home theatre equipment. David was able to conceal and tidy up all the wires, and love the way the final set up looks. He took care to ensure that I was happy with the set up before moving on to the next job. Once the audio and video equipment was in place, we were breaching 1:00 am. It was a long and late night, but yet David plugged away, never losing his charm. Before the night was over, he offered to help calibrate the audio and glad he did, the system sounds great!!! He even followed up shortly after simply to check in and make sure everything was ok, as mentioned above, a true professional with a genuine focus on customer service.
