Do not go with this pool company. They have been nothing but a hassle when it comes to any follow up service. They were ok when we were putting the pool in even though they would be away for weeks at a time before coming back. We paid the last instalment and poof..they are gone. Now we need follow up service and have been asking for it for over a year and Evan can't seem to work the keyboard on his phone. They make promises and do not deliver. They told us we would be first up in the spring for work they identified as needing to be done last fall. Now the work mysteriously doesn't need to be done and the other things they were supposed to do (say like open the pool) they well..I don't know. Evan would have to respond for me to learn what is holding them up. So, it is a hard no on any recommendations from us. They turned a bit portion of our pool dream into a nightmare..
