Tip Top Trough removed my downspout and made changes to my eaves that were required to ensure that they functions properly without the downspout. The work was extremely well done. They did a great job in dealing with unanticipated problems that arose while they were doing the work. They did an excellent job of communicating with me as the problems arose and ensuring that I was happy with the solutions. The customer service was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend them!

Glen did a fantastic job installing shelving and various other things in my home! I live in an 80-year old home and all of the walls are lath and plaster, which makes any installation quite complicated. Glen has tremendous expertise in working old homes like mine and I was very impressed by his deep understanding of how to tackle all of the challenges that arose. This is the second time Glen has done work for me; I have been extremely happy with the work he’s done both times. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him VERY strongly.

Glen did an absolutely great job with various repairs/installations around my house (sink installation, installing shelves into plaster walls etc.). He does extremely high quality work and works very efficiently. He is also very courteous and a pleasure to work with. For each job, he explained all the options to me very clearly and was extremely helpful in deciding how to address issues that arose. I recently moved into an old home with walls that are plaster and concrete and this presented some challenges; Glen did a fantastic job in addressing all of them. Glen's prices are very reasonable.
