Marco and his team came out to our property and did the excavation and laid stone all in one day. The stone selected was his recommendation and we love it. They were very efficient, the workmanship is great, and we would definitely recommend them and have them back for future projects.

Scott and his team have been excellent to work with throughout the entire renovation process. As new homeowners without experience in similar projects, we really appreciated how available Scott was for questions, feedback, and idea generation. He brought some creative ideas to the project which helped us land on the perfect kitchen for our home. We had great interaction with all of the tradespeople, and felt comfortable with everyone's adherence to COVID-related requests. We appreciated the ability to get to the showroom of the custom cabinetmaker and work through options for our design. The level of customization available and the ability to fit it perfectly to our space really made the difference vs. an Ikea kitchen or similar. Again, I can't say enough about the timeliness and openness of Scott's responses, and the project was completed on schedule despite COVID challenges. Overall, cannot recommend Gala team more highly.

Nick and his team helped me out on the Friday before a long weekend when our 15+ year old A/C went off into the sunset. After some very clear communication on the phone, Nick had secured a replacement unit and booked me in for that Sunday (again, long weekend!). The team was very thorough and explained all items for me throughout the troubleshooting and replacement process. I am impressed with the guarantees and warranty too, given the fair price. Overall great experience and would recommend ICS to friends and family.
